Eridian Labs provides:

• App Development Services: Custom iOS application development, mobile app design, and App Store optimization
• Web Development Services: Website design and development, web application development, and related services
• UI/UX Design Services: User interface and user experience design for digital products
• Consulting Services: Technical consulting, project planning, and strategic advice
• Software Products: Applications and platforms developed by Eridian Labs, including Replay Studio and the Eridian Labs Platform

3. User Accounts and Registration

Some Services may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERIDIAN LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eridian Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

You may terminate your account and stop using the Services at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features where available.
