Context
People lose access to years of Instagram posts, stories and media when accounts change or apps become harder to browse. Replay was built as a self-initiated Eridian product so those memories can live privately on an iPhone.
Challenge
Turn a messy Instagram export (ZIP, JSON/HTML, photos and video) into a calm, usable iOS experience — with on-device processing, clear import guidance and App Store-ready product polish.
Approach
Scoped a privacy-first MVVM SwiftUI app: guided import wizard, local Core Data storage, timeline and story viewing, then optional Replay+ iCloud backup. Shipped through App Store review rather than leaving it as a concept.
